“ Godavari is one another restaurant which made me to visit multiple times because of some of the unique dishes they serve which I couldnt find in any other Indian restaurants in Charlotte. With couple of dishes I tried here are my personal favourites, Chettinadu ChickenMutton Soup, Chettinadu Chicken Curry which goes well with Naan or Chapathi, Mamsam Roast which is actually Lamb masala fry and never seen any restaurants offering such a smooth tender Lamp meat, finally Gulab Jamun for a finishing touch which is slightly warmer when served making it very soft. ”

Ive had mandi back in India and tried it at several places across the U.S., but I was never quite satisfied with the taste until now. With cautious optimism, I visited Godavari, and Im so glad I did. The mandi exceeded my expectations! The meat was incredibly tender and juicy, and the flavors took me right back to the taste I remember from Hyderabad. The soup they served alongside the biryani was also spot on rich and flavorful. If youre in the Charlotte area and craving authentic mandi, this place is a musttry.
